Shane - Hunter Douglas Specialist

Born in Modesto and raised in Escalon, Shane spent 17 years working in the home theater industry before joining our team. As our on-site Hunter Douglas expert, he loves helping clients measure, select, and install their perfect window coverings. When not working, Shane loves spending time with his wife, Jayne, and three children: Kaleia, Conner, and Carli. He’s an avid runner who has completed numerous ultramarathons, and also enjoys kayak fishing in bass tournaments.

Annie - Accounting

Annie joined our team in 2015, after previously working in the billing and retail sector. As our Accounts Manager, Annie oversees many of our most critical operations, including payroll, accounts receivable, HR, scheduling installations, and assisting with commercial quotes. When not overseeing our daily operations, Annie lives for family time: she and her husband have three children. She loves reading novels, writing, and planning annual family trips to Disneyland.

Sonia - Sales Specialist

Sonia has been in the fashion industry since 1996 and worked her way up to fashion merchandising, where she learned the importance of color & design. A member of the flooring industry since 2014, Sonia has shared her passion with us since 2020. She enjoys learning about new products and strives to give her customers the best experience. In her off time, Sonia loves spending time with her family and reading.

Chris - Operations Manager

Chris brings discipline, leadership, and dedication to Ray’s Carpet One Floor & Home, drawing on four years of service in the U.S. Navy. That experience instilled a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence that he now applies to every project and customer relationship. He is passionate about pushing personal and professional limits. From running ultra-marathons to skydiving, he thrives on challenge and adventure. These pursuits reflect his drive, focus, and adventurous spirit — qualities that also shine through in his approach to work challenges.

Janita - Office Administrator

Janita joined our team in 2025, bringing a strong background in the power tool and construction industry, where she started her career. Now transitioning into office administrative work, Janita supports daily operations, payroll, and accounts receivable. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and appreciates live music.

Anthony - Warehouse Supervisor

Born and raised in Modesto, California, I bring over 22 years of experience in the shipping and receiving industry. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my wife, sons, and family. I’m also an avid sports fan who loves fantasy football and cheering for the Buffalo Bills and San Francisco Giants.
 

Tonya - Founder

An integral part of her family’s business since she stepped onto the sales floor at the age of 17, Tonya continues her mission of helping people realize their dreams by creating the perfect home or office space. Always putting people first, she fosters a culture of joy: both at work and at home. When she’s not in the shop, you’ll find Tonya enjoying spontaneous adventures with her children and grandchildren.  

Dave - Co-Founder

Leading the way for the Rays Carpet One Team, Dave continues to embrace his philosophies of integrity and hard work. His knack for interior design helps guide our diverse clientele toward the perfect flooring that fits their vision, both in the home and in various settings, including companies, hospitals, schools, and other establishments. When he’s not spending time at the store, Dave can be found playing golf with friends, diving into the warm waters of Hawaii, or watching Sunday Raiders games.
